Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made for EAB PRO – Easy Accounting Book PRO, provided by Shisoft Technologies.
1. Digital Software Service
EAB PRO provides accounting software access, subscription services, setup support, and related digital services. Access details are usually delivered electronically through the application, website, email, phone, or direct customer support.
2. Returns
Since EAB PRO is a digital software product/service, physical returns are not applicable. Once software access, account activation, setup, training, or digital service delivery has started, it may not be treated like a returnable physical product.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- Payment was charged but the service was not activated.
- Incorrect amount was charged due to a technical or billing error.
- Service could not be provided due to an issue from our side.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
- Completed monthly or yearly subscription periods.
- Setup, customization, training, migration, or implementation charges after work has started.
- Renewal payments where the customer continued to use the service.
- Payments made for third-party services, SMS charges, payment gateway charges, or hosting-related costs.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewals by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but already-used subscription periods are not normally refunded.
6. Refund Request Period
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment. Requests submitted after this period may be rejected unless required by applicable law or approved by us.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card provider.
